Non-OEM, Approx. 1/2 weight. Inside each connector is a small spring clip that fits into a groove (not the retaining wires). Two of the four were wrong and I crippled the first one before realizing what was going on. Check the inside of all outlets before installation. Works great on a 2004 XC70, although Apps has canceled the model. All in all they still work and were pretty cheap. You are strong enough. hope they hold up.
