Device holder was not stronger to hold my phone (Note 20 Ultra) on top. After securing the hand with epoxy, I pressed it against the dash. Although the clamp is strong enough to damage my dashboard. Apparently the power is not enough to stay on the dashboard. The first turn I took was a bit bumpy and my phone and clip flew away. That's when I discovered (for the time being) a permanent indentation in my padded dashboard. I hope that with some waiting he can "heal" for the upcoming hot days. If not, I guess I'll be one of those people with a strategically placed bobblehead! Short Version: Don't buy if you don't have a hard top.
