I really like these collars with bow ties. Made of lightweight material. That's not enough for a cat. I wrapped both cats around their necks twice. It works well. For my kitty boy; his collar stays on him for a maximum of two days. This applies to every collar. Since my cats are indoors, these collars are "dressed up" for parties and holidays. Luckily, the kittens think dressing up is fun. Of course I take photos and post them. Again not durable, more for indoor shows. I recommend buying if your needs are similar to what I have indicated in my comments. Not recommended for a permanent collar.
