Great pillow for legs and knees I had hip pain at night and bought this particular pillow because it said it was very thick. I needed one that wouldn't rot with use. It took me a night or two to get used to it, but my nighttime hip pain is gone and I no longer notice I have a pillow in bed. Since it's very dense, it probably won't be as soft as other pillows, but in this case I don't need it. After about a week of use I have to say that I am very satisfied and will buy/will buy again if I need one again. It comes with a removable/washable cover which I think is a must. I recommend this pillow to anyone who needs a pillow between their legs/knees. It has given me much needed sleep and pain relief since I've been using it.
