I like that we are able to use our own phone numbers for calls, as well it's easy enought o train staff without having alot experience in sales or marketing. When you have new hires who don't know what they're doing this can be frustrating (especially when your trying to sell something). Our main purpose is Telemarketing which makes sense since most customers want their orders taken through telephone call rather than email/text messaging etc., but if there was another way around using emails then why not? It would make customer service easier because i could answer questions about my order directly instead off needing someone else present at all times such us calling from home office hours only helps out so much :p.
