IRIS Floral POS - Love this software!

I love the ease of use. I do not have to go into the system to see what is on my invoice. I can just look up my invoice number and it is there for me. The system is easy to use and the customer service is amazing. I don't have any dislikes. I am loving the ease of use. I also love the customer service. They are always there to help me. Very helpful POS System especially useful during busy season periods

The software is extremely fast loading pages which speeds up our daily tasks at work significantly! I am now able load orders into memory quickly before shipping them out for customers instead of doing it all manually each month from scratch when filling in forms/logins online etc.. No problems as such but would be good if they were updating their website regularly with news articles regarding security updates or any major bugs that are fixed by update releases? We have not experienced this…

Iris has made ordering from multiple locations very easy!

Iris is easy to use for anyone who does not have much experience with computer systems or software. The layout of the program can be confusing at first but once you get used to it its very user friendly! I do like that there are several different ways to enter orders into Iris. We also love how quick we receive our invoices after shipping an order. There really isn't anything i dislike about this system other than maybe being able to print out one invoice instead of having to go back to each…

Easy to use point of sale system with great customer service

I like how easy it is for me to use Iris as my point of sale system! It's very intuitive which makes training quick. The printer setup was simple but took several attempts before getting everything set up correctly (a benefit from working with printers in business). There are some things that iris could do better such as being able to add or subtract items if we have stock issues so you don't get billed twice when an item sells out. We were using another computer software program called Flower…

Best flower & gift online ordering app i've seen

The best thing about this software it's that you can keep track of your orders with ease. I dislike when they don't give us free upgrades anymore. We are trying everything now because we want all our customers happy so if u need something like inisitive or tracking for flowers then look no further.
