Non-hermetic seal

I bought these for pizza dough. They don't seal on their own and the plastic wrap doesn't hold the rim properly. When I first used them, my pizza dough dried out in the fridge. (I use a long, slow cold fermentation so the flavors develop properly.) I don't recommend it for use with pizza dough.
