Review on CompXL by David Silva

I like that it offers multiple ways of calculating payouts for different levels within an organization as well being able t calculate comps across departments/companies (if you're working with other companies). It can be quite difficult at times when trying figure out how certain things work or what calculations are needed so if this isn't something your comfortable doing yourself then maybe look elsewhere! We have been using Compexl since we started our business almost 3 years ago now which has made payroll management very simple & efficient!!
