I bought this product to replace a similar old version that was damaged. This new model offers a wider field of view (accompanied by a small fisheye view), better clarity and better night vision. The first unit I received was faulty but Emma from LUX AUTO was super professional and clearly helped identify the problem and replaced it immediately. Great support! As mentioned in other reviews, the hex head of the tiny set screw comes loose very easily, so be careful not to over-tighten. I had this problem with the old version too. I was able to find a better replacement set screw at Ace Hardware.
