I was thinking about a white screen for the theater room and decided between Silver Ticket and Elite Stable Frame B2 because the space only allows 110 inches. After researching, I think Elite's CineWhite material is better, however, all reviews indicate that installing the spring is problematic. I suspect the issue with the springs is caused by material quality control. So I want to dare. On the other hand, the Elite price stays above $250. Luckily, before I placed my order, I saw that Akia Screen had an almost identical product. Keep researching, I've found that Akia must be an elite sub because customer service refers to the same number and company address. In addition, they also use CinaWhite material. But the price is 30% lower than Elite Stable B2. I then ordered this 110" fixed frame, although the 120" frameless would have been a better choice if I could mount it on my wall. Upon receipt it was called Akia, but you can definitely find the Elite brand in a lot of places. The screen was surprisingly well packed in the box. The prize of each frame was wrapped and sealed in an individual plastic bag and then in a cardboard box. Tools such as a good quality screwdriver, a rubber/plastic headed hammer and a pair of white gloves are included. The screen material has been rolled along with the cushion on the back and then placed in a cardboard tube. They will also be provided to you with two padding sheets to protect the screen during assembly. 1 person assembly takes a solid 2 hours Took me a while to cut the hole. This is a QC issue, but it won't hurt me to leave a 5-star rating. - T The center bar is too tight. Hence, you need to score it in the right place. But it interferes with the velvet and damages it on the back. Understand the reason behind this design. But in a better design, the bar can be broken into 2 parts and rejoined in the middle after attaching them to the horizontal frame. The tie rod for the long edge consists of 2 parts (a long and a short one!). Even if you connect them with a small cable tie before or after installing them, the two parts will always come loose when you start installing the springs. So I have to loosen the spring and then reassemble it with some problems. I would suggest cleaning the ring before putting it in if possible. The design can be improved with a threaded ring. After installing the spring, the screen is under even tension, and the screen looks nice and flat. Installing the spring is fairly easy, but using the spring hook is a bit tricky, especially to remove it after the spring on the pull rod. Try pushing it towards the spring first rather than removing it over the screen material. The screen quality is excellent or close to the best in this price range. I would definitely recommend it over its sister brand if you think about it.
