The concept is good, a lot more comfortable then a bulky pad. out of the package, worked well. after 2 washings opening around leg began to loosen. If everything positioned just perfect, then no problem. If you have moved around a lot or been active, then next incident when you leak but confidently think your underwear is catching everything, you are more then likely peeing down your leg
