UPDATED :: Problem with audio in Argus 3 camera! Has a lot of static electricity

I bought this Argus 3 camera and the matching solar panel. Installed both before noticing any sound issue. watch the video The sound contains a lot of noise! I'm sending the camera back hoping the replacement doesn't have the same issue. I really want this to work because it's a completely wireless camera! Ignore the audio issue. Setup and installation went smoothly and I was very happy with both. Motion detection is pretty good and I have no complaints about this part of the camera. The day picture is very beautiful. However, the Reolink app kept telling me that the Wi-Fi signal was too weak to stream videos in high quality and wanted me to switch to Fluent mode. By the way, none of the modes improved the sound problem. Night vision has not yet been tested. Siren is almost ridiculous for being so quiet. I haven't tested it, but I assume the talkback feature will be the same. However, I don't really care about these features since I bought a rear sliding door security camera. I'll update my review once I have a spare camera and let you know if the audio is better. UPDATE: I reported the audio issue to their tech support and received a response in just over an hour. I tried everything they suggested but nothing helped. They immediately wanted to send a replacement which was not needed as I had already requested it through Revain. The replacement arrived yesterday and this time I tested it before installing it. Picture and sound worked great. I installed it on a slightly windy day and found the sound to pick up wind noise heavily. Today was less windy and the sound was much better. (See today's video) I had a problem enabling notifications during installation. I contacted tech support and they told me they had temporary issues on their end and they would be resolved. The issue was resolved in about an hour. Again, I appreciate Reolink's technical support. I had a problem broadcasting live video with the 1080 setting. I contacted tech support again, they said I need to lower the bitrate. What I did and it worked. I'm not sure why I had to do this when I've already added a Wi-Fi extender for the camera to get a 100% Wi-Fi signal. I've also noticed that if you have multiple Wi-Fi routers in your house, it's best to connect the camera and the app device (iPhone/iPad) to the same Wi-Fi, otherwise you'll face bandwidth issues , which adversely affect the quality of the video. The onboard micro SD card storage is a plus and accessing it via the app is easy. Free cloud storage is also a very nice bonus. Top marks in this area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars is the quality of the video and I can't play the video live through the Google Home app on my iPad/iPhone. You can add it to the Google Home app, but you can't control the camera (on/off) or view the stream in the app. I have multiple Google network cameras and the Google Home app plays live feeds and can also view them in bulk view, but the Reolink camera is not activated. Once added to Google Home, you can live stream to a Google Hub device, which is nice. Overall, I can recommend the camera. The price met most of my expectations.
