I like that you can set filters to keep track of all tasks in one place for easy access. It’s very helpful when it comes to keeping track of projects and having files organized when assigning them out to different people. Sometimes there is lag time between creating items or updates which does make tracking slightly difficult. Especially with some larger projects where we have multiple team members working together. We use this tool mainly to keep our project manager up to date regarding any potential issues that arise during a job rather than sending her emails every single day about things that don't need immediate attention. The best thing about workize is that it has all of my contacts in one place so I don't have to search for them each time i need information or want to send out emails. It's very easy to use as well! There really isn't anything bad about this app at this point. If you are looking for something where you can store your contact info then this would be perfect for you. You will love how organized everything is with this program.
