I carry a briefcase with a laptop and other accessories and honestly that can be a problem. If I load it up it will add too much weight on one side and could cause me to walk weird. Also, it may irritate the shoulder after a while. A backpack is a much better solution! This backpack is an excellent replacement for a briefcase. Inside there are two separate compartments for convenient storage. The back one is for your laptop while the front one can be used for anything (including a laptop). Both compartments have multiple pockets for accessories. There is a front zip pocket. The padded back keeps your devices secure. The backpack is surprisingly big, but not big enough to carry a few extra items like clothes or a lot of books. Finally, it's best used as a replacement for the contents of your briefcase and for carrying your gear, not as an all-round backpack. But for its intended purpose, it's just great! Now I use this backpack exclusively and got rid of my briefcase.
