The main reason I bought this electronic cooking pot is because my son will be using it on a college campus. I became aware of this product because of its design and size. After the hot pot arrives, I immediately give it to my son. However, after five days it stopped working. Not to mention the fact that the top plastic part of the handle just fell off and hot liquid spilled onto his son's feet. I was hoping it would last a semester but due to the cheap quality and materials this is a huge disappointment. I contact the seller, and first the seller replies to me, which means I don't know how to use the electric pan, and asks me to make a video for him. This seller has bad customer service because after I told him it's a runaway because it's a piece of junk. The seller just stopped responding. I have never experienced such a bad product and customer service. In addition, burn marks remain on the pan and are not easy to clean. Every buyer, please be careful with the pen because it will cause serious DAMAGE and this product will only last a few days. I really don't know why it has such a good rating due to its poor design.
