These are the first curlers I've ever curled my hair with. They make cute soft rings. They are also great for synthetic wigs/hairstyles when combined with a blow dryer. If you're using your own hair, make sure it's mostly dry to begin with, unless you want the heat of a blow dryer on your lovely tresses.
