Softcat has been a great partner for us. They have helped us with the implementation and the ongoing management of our license management system. They are very responsive and proactive in their approach. They have worked with us to ensure that our requirements were met. The implementation was not without some teething issues, but this is to be expected with any new system. But these were quickly resolved and the system is now performing well. We would highly recommend Softcat. The benefits of a well implemented license management system are numerous. The key benefit to us is the ability to manage our license portfolio centrally allowing us to work more efficiently.
