Friction fits too tight.
This isn't the first product of this type I've built, so I don't consider myself a newbie. The friction fit on this model's parts is so tight that it takes a lot of force to install them, resulting in quite a bit of slippage. However, since it is made of wood, it can break at the slightest slip. I'm used to a failure or two on models of this type, which are usually repairable. I've already had seven problems with this model and I'm only at level 2. The last problem cannot be repaired. I reluctantly throw it away.
