I like that it is easy for patients to connect with their provider through this platform. I also love being able to send text messages when my phone number changes. There are some things in the app which can be confusing at first, but they have great customer service! They make sure you understand how everything works before signing up so there are no surprises later down the road. If you want an efficient way of communicating between your providers office and your own cell phone then use this system. It gives me peace of mind knowing that any message will get delivered right away.
