This program really takes away stress from individuals and families

I like how easy it is for patients who don’t have insurance or are uninsured to get their medical bills paid without having any problems with them not paying in full when they should be doing so! It makes getting care easier because you know that your health will always come before everything else including car payments/rent payments etc which allows me as an individual more time to focus on my own well-being than worrying about what happens if i can't pay rent next month. No other option out…

Very useful for any health care professional

I like that Patient Bond is able to look at the patient as a whole. It allows me to see all of the ways that I can help the patient, not just the medical issues. It is very user friendly and allows me to customize the content to the patients needs. It is also very easy to use and allows me to see the effectiveness of my marketing. I have not found a thing that I do not like. I would recommend Patient Bond to other healthcare marketers. I have been able to see how I can improve my marketing…

  • The ability To easily make changes without technical knowledge or assistance from IT team.
  • This was important because we were using it across multiple business units within our enterprise! And allowed us flexibility about what questions could be asked.

Excellent, attentive customer support and excellent coverage

I was surprised that my insurance covered all of it! There is nothing about this product in particular but overall service quality has been really good (no delays with payments or cancellations). The website could use some work - not much detail when you click through from an ad versus clicking directly into your account page etc. It would be helpful if they had more information available so people can make informed decisions for themselves as well rather than relying upon others who may have

  • You do NOT need to pay until after services are delivered..there IS no fee upfront..you only PAY AFTER SERVICES ARE DELIVERED !!!...for those unfamiliar, most patients don't understand how common place health plans function such where payment occurs before any medical treatment /service delivery; therefore there should never occur ANY financial risk associated wth obtaining healthcare

Great patient communication tool for healthcare professionals

I like that it is easy for patients to connect with their provider through this platform. I also love being able to send text messages when my phone number changes. There are some things in the app which can be confusing at first, but they have great customer service! They make sure you understand how everything works before signing up so there are no surprises later down the road.
