Possibly the best case available today

This barebones kit might be the best case available today and it easily contains the best non-riser motherboard I've ever used for mining. However, please note the following: 1. The motherboard will be somewhere between a few loose screws and dangling in a case with screws when you receive this item. I have several and it's like this every time. One might be tempted to assume that dressing was simply forgotten at the factory, but that is not the case. For some reason they loosen up and will do it again. After installing a few boards in a few positions to locate the MB and tightening a few screws, make sure you take each one out and use a light to medium threadlocker or they'll come loose again in a couple of weeks. 2 - The kit does not include a universal bracket for attaching power supplies. This is because it is designed to work with its own power supplies, which use screw holes for attachment to the input side of the case. However, they only offer a 2000w unit (which I've seen so far in the US, although LianLi (the actual manufacturer) offers a 2500w unit). So that means you have to get creative if you want to install a 2400-3200W miner power supply like my current favorite (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08T6BJFBC?psc=1&ref =ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details). I found the 2020 angle bracket worked well for this. 3 - The package does not include a bracket to support GPU. No problem if you're keeping it horizontal (and not trying to ship it assembled) but if you need to use this chassis vertically you'll have to build your own. I found T-Track, 2020 angle brackets, and some felt tape to be a simple and effective solution.4 - You might end up with a cable or two that aren't actually PCIe. I think they might be VGA? It's the long one they usually supply for the furthest away GPU, but honestly I prefer to power my GPUs directly from the PSU and not put that load on the motherboard anyway, so that's not a problem for me. So in summary this is a very good chassis, very well made with good thick steel and rounded edges making it a lot better than others that are commonly available. The motherboard is very well designed with a wide gap between GPUs (70mm) and supports low average mining loads. It's perfect? no All of them? nope But in a market that can't produce them fast enough to meet demand and is dominated by flimsy junk, outdated circuit boards and cases that don't properly fit modern cards, this is my go-to for now.
