Bought for my wife. Some were given to her to try out by a friend after our youngest baby was born and she liked that they were thin and contoured and therefore relatively comfortable on her sensitive breasts and not showing under her bra and shirt. . She also tried Medela's newer butterfly-shaped pads and hated them (the flat pads are thick and therefore painful to wear and don't show well through clothing). We bought her and paid for expedited shipping as she ran out of pads. However, we did NOT receive the round pads shown and advertised here. Instead, we got thick butterfly pads, which she hates. The woman was NOT happy.
