Bought for my wife. Some were given to her to try out by a friend after our youngest baby was born and she liked that they were thin and contoured and therefore relatively comfortable on her sensitive breasts and not showing under her bra and shirt. . She also tried Medela's newer butterfly-shaped pads and hated them (the flat pads are thick and therefore painful to wear and don't show well through clothing). Essential Nursing

While these panty liners aren't perfect, they were the best nursing pads I've tried. They hold up much better than Lanisol and are more comfortable than reusable pads. When you put them on, it takes an extra second to run your hand over the outside of the garment that contains the padding to shape it. Got them in a trial pack when my daughter was born for the first time. They were the first ones I tried and then I had a sample of the Lansinoh brand. Only after wearing them once did I think I liked them better than the Lancenos, but I definitely don't. My nipples are very itchy. I also thought they felt better and hold leaks better because they are softer. I go through them much faster and because they are so thick you can feel the milk getting heavy and soggy.
