Firstly the claimed product can reach 11 feet but it's not 100% accurate. If you are 5 feet, good luck. In reality, the pole is only about 4 feet long. However, this is a normal product. The stand is made of durable plastic that doesn't fit well and takes some effort to connect. The sections won't fall apart, once they're together that's it. The head seems a little flimsy, especially when assembling this item. Be sure to rinse the pad, if you don't see soap bubbles on the windows, it's not wet enough. I washed the windows well, but I see streaks. Not sure if it's just extra dirt that didn't wash off or a cleaner that either didn't wash off or got stuck in the upholstery and leaked out after washing off. For the price, this product is not bad. I don't have to climb stairs to clean the windows I bought this for.
