Echo. Update, trrs not trs

4th update. The reason stereo doesn't work is because it's TRRS. If you want a standard headphone extension, you will need a TRS cable. The phone uses trrs and the registration headset uses trs. They also sell trrs to trs for any ideas. Missnus 1 star because of missing information. The 3red update reacted quickly and got a replacement. I ended up getting my money back as I can only get my headphones to work on one side. Giving an extra star only because the seller tried to make me happy with my purchase.
