Satisfied with the product. I use it because I have an Xbox One & a PS4 that I would like to use my Elgato to record with without having to switch HDMI cords every time I want to record one system over the other. Transition between systems is easy with no problems. I don’t really use the remote to the HDMI switch mainly because it’ll switch between systems once one is turned on but I used the remote for a small period of time and it works just fine.
