I recently upgraded from X to XS Max. For my X I used Maxboost screen protectors which also have a lifetime guarantee. The reason I wanted to try another brand is that the Maxboost earbuds were very thin. After more than 10 years I have become a professional in the use of protective films. Maxboost also has a how-to guide which I really liked and I've still occasionally cracked the guard just to put it on. And forget about retracting it for dust or reconfiguration. They also break often/easily when the phone is dropped. So as far as ESR goes, I was delighted with the lifetime warranty and manual. First, the quality of the profile is amazing! I had to do several lifting and leveling (more on that later) and it was very easy to do. 5 stars for quality. Unfortunately the manual is somehow "off". I attached the protector with a guide (which has no top or bottom marks - both ends are the same, which is less difficult than the Maxboost). Everything went perfectly. But when I picked up my phone to use it, the edges on the left side of my screen protector broke rainbows. VERY distracting, obviously. So I removed the protector and hand lined it so there were no iridescent edges. And it was DIFFICULT to do. For this screen, the screen protector needs to be slightly larger. So the guidance is not correct and the protector is so small that you have to put it on evenly so that there are no breaking edges. 1 star for that. I still give it 4 stars because of the quality. We had no guides before. So if I wasn't expecting and was so spoiled I might have given 5 stars. However, there is room for improvement.
