I have a beauty of large Water and a clean and light heating pad for the face and eyebrows. I bought a big wax and a wax now it's stuck. I can't get the wax out, and nowhere in the instructions does it say how to get it out. I would never buy it if I knew it was the same wax I use in my face warming kit, same size. Please help other than that. I am satisfied with all my products. I only use one hand so this era of rolling wax works great instead of the wax I used before. Refresh problem solved, heated up and then pulled out so I put my head down. Not on it long enough for my clean and light heater, but it works.
