Eh, that shrug

It doesn't seem to matter if it's new or 'used' roller head or how hot the wax may be (or not), it's hard, the wax to get it rolling and how thick or thin the wax application is inconsistent (again, independent of wax temperature).

Wax goes everywhere.

I don't know if it's a wax or a roller but the wax seems to get all over it like the roller is too small but I know it's not. he's still in control. And it doesn't seem to roll as smoothly as I would like. Still does its job but it does have some resistance so I'm giving it 3*

Sticky but works smoothly

Works great with the whole set, bought mine from Sally Beauty Supply. Make sure you have the entire kit so the wax stays hot during use. Otherwise, the roll will get stuck on your head and leave a sticky mess. It starts out very gently, although not for long. I bought 1 pack of 3 and they've already run out. If you grow a lot I suggest buying 2 or more of these. And don't buy the whole hair removal kit online, buy it from Sally, it's much cheaper!

I can't get the wax out I bought wax and rollers apparently the bottles of wax I bought are too small and now I can't get it

I have a beauty of large Water and a clean and light heating pad for the face and eyebrows. I bought a big wax and a wax now it's stuck. I can't get the wax out, and nowhere in the instructions does it say how to get it out. I would never buy it if I knew it was the same wax I use in my face warming kit, same size. Please help other than that. I am satisfied with all my products. I only use one hand so this era of rolling wax works great instead of the wax I used before. Refresh problem solved,
