Wow, it helped me on doing my pull ups, im 180 lbs.
Wow, im very impressed. Here's why!The color green can support 50-125 lbs, im 180 lbs, im having a hard time doing pull ups. But by using this things, i can do it. I also use the color red for my biceps and triceps, works great. Thats the only two i use!Im not sure how to use it for the chest area. But still, it exceeded my expectations.
