Velcro is only on one end. When you open the package, the velcro is at the beginning so you can wrap the bandage around your body. Part when you get to the end it can't be pinned as it's on the wrong end. Therefore, before use, you must unfold it completely and then fold it back again so that the velcro is on the finished end. You also need to be careful when you rotate the hook and loop again as only one side faces the bandage so you can fasten it. I will never buy this again. this is PITA
