Product: I chose Arris because I am familiar with the brand and their improved fans. It turns out this is important because when you move, the airflow changes. I would order a size larger than you think unless you are skinny because I prefer it to stand out; I have broad shoulders and a moderate stomach. Normal size if you have a small waist/torso. The 10000 mAh battery still showed 50% remaining capacity after 1 hour on low and 1 hour on high. Don't confuse the inner pocket with the battery compartment like I did. A piece of Velcro or a button to keep the battery compartment closed would be a nice upgrade. The fans make a noise that can be heard when standing or walking alone, but doesn't interfere with normal conversations. When you need airflow, you get fan noise. Concept: I wasn't sure if I wanted or needed a personal ventilation system. I worked outside on a windy, hot day, there was enough wind, then I worked in the garage, but there was no wind. I felt much more comfortable with the fan jacket than without it. I unzipped it to allow more air around my neck and head and it really helped me stay cool. If you have a neck (I've been accused of not having one) you may not need to unzip.
