I bought these shoes for my husband but unfortunately he got sick a week after arrival and had to go to bed rest with the doctors for 4 to 6 weeks. When he became active again, he was able to wear the shoes for a few weeks. After wearing them, he noticed the appearance of patches of red skin on his legs. After an exchange of messages with MBT, it was decided that the width was too small. When I ordered the shoes it said to order my normal size and someone 13. Medium and that's exactly what I ordered him. Now we see that we missed the return window. We would greatly appreciate any help you can offer us. We are seniors on a fixed income.
