I did not like this product at all. For the first week of taking it I was shaking and my skin was tingling a lot and I don't really like either, no increased attention or desire to push harder. It makes me belch constantly during my workout. I thought I would use it anyway as it is expensive but now after two weeks 20 minutes after taking it I get lethargic and don't feel like working out and this is a negative attitude towards my training. At first I thought it was just tired because I get up before work and I'm a commercial painter so it's physically demanding, but it's not. In the morning I was a bit tired but in general I feel positive, I drank a glass of Shutter Elite and after 30 minutes I don't want to do anything, I yawn and finally stopped exercising after 20 minutes. A few hours later I feel better and more positive again. I will not use this product again.
