This product exceeded my expectations, it is very easy to set up and use. It comes with detailed and easy to understand instructions. In my case, this was a simple plug and play operation, but it gives you some options to tweak, like adding start or end characters. It has multiple connection modes and comes with a USB dongle that can be plugged into a computer for wireless scanning. It also has Bluetooth capabilities and a charging cable. The range seems good, if I had to guess I'd say 50ft radius and through the wall is much better than expected. The scanning area isn't too big, maybe around 30cm, and the beam gets wider the further away you are. So if you have barcodes next to each other this could be a problem as the beam will cover both barcodes. It has a beep feature that lets you know when a scan has been performed and it has several different beep sequences for different events such as: B. an out-of-range scan. It also has an internal storage mode that allows you to store scans in the device if you get too far from the base. When you come back, you can simply download them to your computer from the device's internal storage. Their support staff was also very helpful when I contacted them about font and barcode formatting. Definitely a great product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a handheld barcode scanner.
