USE A RETRACTED INK PEN TO TURN ON

I am satisfied, but two issues are troubling. After the product arrived I read the instructions and immediately placed them into the sun light for charging. I didn’t want any excuses so I allowed them to charge for two days. On the third day I pressed the button on the bottom of each light and lined my driveway. At dusk and beyond the lights never came on. The instructions were no help. I repeatedly pressed the bottom buttons with no results. I went online and read many reviews and finally one clicked. The answer was to USE A SHARP OBJECT TO PRESS THE BUTTON. I didn’t use a sharp object, I used the casing of an ink pen, with the pen retracted. Immediately I knew the lights were on. It’s been several weeks but I believe I heard a click after pressing the button. The other concern is, the lights may illuminate for six hours maximum, most less than six (But when they are lite they are beautiful!) We are currently into the winter months here and I’m giving them the benefit of doubt that it will get better. I’m enjoying the investment.
