I wish I had known about this before my daughter Stella had her ovaries removed! It wasn't until that night that I found this alternative and placed an order; and luckily I have prime so it arrived in just two days! My poor kitten had to wear this horrible cone for 2 days before the little costume arrived. She is 3 1/2 months old, still very small so she couldn't support her head with a heavy cone and didn't want to move much. With a bag she could neither eat nor drink, she could not go to the tray. So I had to take it off and be with her the whole time (to make sure she wasn't licking her stitches) so she could eat, drink and pee. Then he went back to the cone! Pure torture!☹ And I had to pay the vet for that!😡 When the package arrived today, I ran to the mailbox, ripped it open and took this horrible bag. It only took me a few seconds to put the costume on her. She licked herself a few times in the bath, tried to walk a bit, and the next thing I know she's fast asleep! Now she's recovering from two and a half days of agony! Veterinarians should suggest this as the first option for pet owners after neutering; I will make sure my vet is aware of my experience with this as is the vet clinic where my kitten had surgery. I want to return the money I paid for the cone! That's great! The material is a good thin fabric, similar to a t-shirt, so it is very stretchy and breathable. Please stay away from that awful cone! Get this before surgery so your kid doesn't have to walk around with that cone for a minute!😻
