This collar burned my 5 month old puppy's skin. I've had this collar for two weeks. I used to work at a vet clinic and my mom is a groomer and we've never seen anything like a burn. My child had two punctures in her throat from this collar and a huge amount of pus and blood that we need to clean up. The only reason I could notice it was her strong smell. This collar wasn't too tight as I could slip two fingers between the collar and her neck. I wish I had pictures but looking at them makes me sick. I'm amazed it only took two weeks to burn two holes down her throat. I cannot recommend this collar and both of my went straight to the trash. Fortunately, my lab suffered no burns. I have never electrocuted my puppy who had burns. I just vibrated the collar because she responded well to that alone. BE CAREFUL.
