It seems well done to me.

Someone smashed the lock on the passenger door and a month later the lock on the driver's door. At the same time, the plastic broke in the place where the locks were attached. The funny thing is nobody came in to do it. That's why I didn't notice it right away. So I have these knobs, which seem to be just as good as my original ones, on my 2003 Silverado. I have some new locks. Everyone had their own bunch of keys. It does not fit. I wanted the locks to match the ignition. So I recoded the new locks myself. It wasn't really difficult, but you have to be careful. Tiny feathers etc. were not lost. Added new locks to new handles. Which now works with my same key. I ended up getting Jimmi Jammer In Door Lock Protection. Basically, you get a couple of hose clamps to put on the lock cylinders to keep the plastic from collapsing. Then you install a metal plate that holds the back of the lock and also blocks access under the bottom of the handle in a way that can actually damage the door. Plus some stickers on the windows. These knobs looked just as good as the original ones I replaced. Perfectly screwed. My doors are now fully functional again.
