The dashboard is extremely easy to navigate as well has all of our data at your fingertips! I can see any issues with an order or product very quickly without having it emailed out from myself which speeds up my turnaround time dramatically. It would be great if there was some kind way for me create new reports that could pull in other systems into one report like inventory/revenue reporting etc but this isn't something we've been able yet so they are currently separate processes - however you have access via API's now too. ! We're looking forward implementing more features such us customer support ticket management through greendecks platform!!
