I bought this for a 3 tier fountain that I have had for many years. This one is stronger than the old one and the morphing lights are beautiful in the evenings so I bought another one for my other fountain. Both stopped pumping water after a while so I cleaned them, reinstalled them, the motors worked but there was no water! I'm ashamed to admit this as I have 2 aquariums and I should have known I didn't clean the wheels which had cat hairs wrapped around them. 😳 I also discovered that cats love to drink running water! I would not hesitate to buy them again for future fountains!
