The only instructions in English were of a very general nature, such as ".loosely align all screws and then tighten one by one." The actual instructions were by pictures with no titles, bylines or anything else. For example, it shows the top laying on the structure. Very innocently looking, right? It doesn't tell how to affix the top, or that you will need a drill. The fasteners to affix the top were allen head machine bolts 1-1/4" total length, or 1/2" short of the thickness to mate the two (2) pieces together. But of course you have to still have more than 1-1/2" machine bolts to have some threads left for screws. All of this had to be "field engineered." Luckily, I have everything I needed at home. Left me fuming, but the table is made of good materials, and I'll keep & use it for the intended purpose. The packaging of this "knocked down" item was excellent.
