The first one worked once. I'm reasonable and I know that not everything is perfect; something happens. Sent back and got a replacement. Same thing happened - ONCE worked and stopped charging. I plug the same toothbrush into a regular charger - it works fine. Specify another non-OEM replacement toothbrush (this product) that will not charge. Tried 4 different toothbrushes. no bone. I look forward to reading the thousands of other reviews. What the heck is so unusual about my 4 toothbrushes? I have 5-6 UPS in my house. The nominal voltage is 118-120V @ 60Hz. I measured the voltage and frequency at the outlet this charger is plugged into and it's the same as the rest of the house (I also plugged it into another outlet in the room , with one difference to make sure it wasn't the outlet when I bought it). ).
