Use screws to attach to posts
Just got these and installed them under the floating shelves. The shelves moved away from the wall because they couldn't support the weight on them. I removed the previous supports and attached them to the post with 2.5" screws and they work great and now that they are attached to the posts I'm not worried about sagging anymore. Use decking screws as additional support for racks. I'll keep an eye on the shelf to see if it sags just in case, but that shouldn't be that much of a problem at the moment.
