The lamp assembly I received was not made by Panasonic as advertised. The part or documentation contained no reference to the manufacturer. The lamp and housing were physically different from the original lamp assembly that I removed from the projector. Nonetheless, I installed the device and it worked in the projector - overall image quality is acceptable (although subjective as I don't have the proper testing equipment). I'm hoping the part will last 2,000 hours to OEM specs. I wouldn't reorder this part - found an original Panasonic unit instead (which I expected based on the product description).
