In my opinion, there are three main design issues with the product: 1. Phone button accessibility: My iPhone 11's buttons are on the sides of the phone and are covered by a case, making it inconvenient to change the volume or turn off the screen.2. The front of the bag is in close proximity to the axis of rotation of the steering wheel, which means it wears out after a short time.3. In my opinion, the case is too bulky and didn't suit me aesthetically when attached to the bike.* Another counter-intuitive design decision was creating a cover for the case. Why? By covering your phone, you disable the product's most important feature, the touchscreen. The idea of giving access to the phone on a rainy day is great, but the designer tried to "do everything" and couldn't. Send the case back and get a refund. * I didn't try it on a rainy day.
