. The blast lasted two weeks, and it wasn't synced or turned on. Contacted the manufacturer and was told they tried to troubleshoot and reset. That does not work. It was recommended that the blast be sent back using the postal label they provided and a new blast would be sent on receipt of the first blast. The process can take up to two weeks. It's not cheap and their coach was unhappy. Sent an email and it took a week for them to receive it. Sent countless emails and status tickets, called and nobody answered to provide me with an update. Finally I called again and left a message. Got a call back saying there was a blast this morning and I will be getting a status email. Well I received an email that looks like spam. Two days later another email came with my tracking information. Finally an explosion about 4 days after the tracking info. Register a new blast and fully charge it and guess what it didn't want to sync with the blast app. Followed by all the pacing to wake him up and he just wouldn't turn on. frustration grew. This time I did not call the manufacturer. For the next two days I tapped and plucked and kept turning and finally everything was in sync. Well while I was hitting my kid the blast app kept saying trying to locate the blast, blast detected (not sure if that's the correct terminology) so after 39 hits my kid realized that none had been captured by them. I took the blast to a place that sells blasts and they told me this is common but showed me a workaround/technique. Since then there have been no problems, but of course it's only been 4 days, let's see.
