This is GREAT. Serious. Makes your hair soft and combable. And it smells wonderful. I use it and I'm a guy. It smells good on me and I can even wash and groom my beard with it. My wife uses it and it leaves her hair soft and full of volume with all the natural shine it's ever had. And it smells even better on her. But here's the bow, and it's pretty bad. the scalp will (repeat WILL) hurt, itch and peel. My wife and I have experienced this problem and we have completely different hair types. Not only does it irritate your scalp (and your face if you're a man washing and grooming your beard), it also makes your hair roots sore. Like a man with a beard, in addition to exfoliating, it makes things extremely painful. I noticed significant redness and even slight swelling around the hairline on the temples and the base of the beard on the cheeks. This is particularly evident around the nose and the corners of the mouth and on the ridge at the crown of the head. My wife has the same redness, slight swelling and pain on the top of her head and around her ears. I can rule out a water problem because the boiler is only a few years old and I installed a water filter throughout the house. system too.
