This lively patterned rug has stretched across our moderately trafficked hardwood floor for several weeks now and shows no dirt at all. The main pattern colors are a dusty desert rose, oatmeal, and varying soft blues. The rug's patterned in squares and straight lines with some Southwestern-style shapes as well. There is a lot going on in the pattern, but because of the muted colors, it enhances the room instead of dominating it. In our home, the rug lies before a river rock fireplace with a terracotta tile surround on the floor. The rug would equally suit other styles of decor. Its texture is quite soft, too. I really like this rug.
