If I could give them 0 ratings I would. Bought these cartridges less than a month ago. When I removed the orange plastic tape from the black and tri-color cartridges, it was impossible to remove. The tape has cured and is permanently attached to the cartridge. Tried with tweezers and cuticles to no avail. Therefore the cartridges are absolutely useless; and now I have to go to the trouble of getting her back somehow. But how can I print a damn label without a working printer?
